Ten Days and Counting....

Late Friday night the 18th of August we recieved our special email from Vietnam telling us that it was time to purchase airplane tickets. We leave on Sunday, September 3rd for Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), arrive on the 5th, and we will adopt Sarah on the 7th. In 17 days we will be holding our baby girl! We have the same Giving and Receiving Ceremony date as 4 other familes from our agency. We are very excited to be traveling with our good friends, the Perrymans, who will also be adopting their daughter on the 7th. God is good!!! Thanks for all the prayers that have sustained us through this journey to our daughter.

This is the first "fussy" picture of Sarah that we have received. It is cute to see a pouty face! Our paperwork is back in Hanoi for review and will then be sent to her province so that they can set the date for her Giving and Receiving ceremony. The longest part of our wait is finally over!
